Following the VS and VS+ models
The VERSO VSR is a heavy-duty, overpowered, automated and fully versatile CNC cutting table.
Highly renowned in signage, POS and visual communication, the VSR perfectly meets numerous industrial and craft needs. Thanks to its advanced automated functions, some of our machines produce ski soles, marquetry, luxury leather templates, premium toilet seats or acoustic felt cabins!
From the finest engravings to cutting the heaviest materials.

Find out moreYes. With coated cutters, aluminium cutting is easy, without any coolant spray. A simple compressed-air jet cools the cutter during operation. By adapting the number of passes, there is nothing to prevent milling aluminium 20, 30 or 40 mm thick.
Yes, and this is essential. To produce Dibond boxes, for example, the machine must leave only 0.4 to 0.5 mm of material at the bottom of the folding groove. VERSO VSR machines measure their own flatness in order to compensate for even the smallest imperfections.
Yes. Under certain conditions, VERSO CNC offers a trade-in program in partnership with some of its distributors. They can take back CNC routers or digital cutting tables from brands such as Zünd, Summa, Esko, Kongsberg, Mécanumérique, Brax, Multicam, Axyz, VHF, Aristo, Darel, etc.
The camera automatically scans the digital registration marks, then the machine adjusts positioning to align the job accurately.
Yes. VSR machines can automatically change tools and modules depending on the requirements defined in the machining file.
Yes. The optical alignment system can detect the sheet edges and corners to position the job accurately, and resize it if necessary.
The vacuum zones are controlled automatically and in real time during machining. The turbine power is also adjusted in real time according to demand.
This calibration procedure should be carried out whenever the produced results start to deviate from what is expected. The frequency depends on the installation context (temperature variations, etc.): it can be once a month, every two months, or every six months.
Yes. Built from branded, high-quality components, VERSO machines are designed to be extremely reliable. In the event of a fault, the software most often allows operation in a degraded mode, so you can keep working while waiting for technical support.
The oscillating knife is suitable for all materials that are cut with a blade and require shearing. Examples: carpet, rubber, felt, cardboard, leather, Stadur, etc.
The tangential knife is suitable for materials that do not require shearing during cutting. It is ideal for cutting vinyl, banner material, magnetic sheet, foamed PVC up to 5 mm, and other similar materials.
Yes. A VERSO CNC driver is available in Caldera, allowing you to generate cutting files that are directly compatible with the machine.
Yes. It can, on demand, run at high speed or at lower speed with high torque, which covers the vast majority of use cases.
The UTM is an automatic tool-changing system. Once the various blades, creasing wheels and tools are installed in their tool holders, all changeover operations are fully automatic.
Each tool length is measured automatically by the software using the electronic tool probe. Tool probing is not systematic; however, whenever a tool is placed in the changer or removed manually, it will be probed before being used again.
